The Way Artist Management was born in 2024 from a deep will to offer local and talented artists support tailored to their needs, enabling them to devote themselves fully to creation and supporting them in the distribution and promotion approach.
Faced with the troubling reality of widespread discouragement, the difficulty of staying the course in a society where music is consumed everywhere, all the time, free of charge or almost, and often in a distracted way, and the growing challenge of continuing to create, collaborate, be broadcast and programmed, the association's aim is to support artists at the heart of the major challenges of our time, which they face on a daily basis.
By choosing to support, promote or produce their projects, The Way Artist Management offers artists a framework and structure enabling them to refocus on the processes of creation, exchange and sharing that are the very essence of any artistic work.
A tailor-made support formula is drawn up in consultation with all project members, and maintaining a constant link contributes to the development of a driving energy and enables mutual expectations to be fine-tuned, objectives and the associated strategy to be adjusted, and actions to be optimized.
The Way Artist Management offers a full range of customized services, including the production, realization, editing, broadcasting, distribution and promotion of musical, multidisciplinary and audiovisual works; the organization of concerts, shows and creative residencies; and the organization of internships, courses and training programs.
